I hope to use this little space as a sounding board to voice my political "opinion", about the gradual but steady dissolving of the constitution of the United States of America. I would also like to bring governance back to "WE THE PEOPLE" and away from greedy politicians who care only about lining their own pockets and ignoring the voice of "WE THE PEOPLE" that they have been elected to represent.

Beyond a reasonable doubt.
Since (now) President Barack HUSEIN Obama was in the Senate, and had placed his eyes on the white house, there have been several attempts in the halls of Congress to change Article 2. section 5. of the Constitution. This is the provision that provides for Presidential eligibility. It clearly states that a person running for the office of President must be a "Natural born" citizen. Natural born meaning that both his parents would have to be borne in this country and be legitimate citizens of the country. Clearly this is not the case with Barry, yet he continues to hold office, why?, The courts have refused to even hear the American peoples case against him, why? They refuse to even look at the questions,, and laws surrounding his eligibility to this date, why? As he runs for re-election, more and more money is spent by him to cover up any, and all documentation that might be used as evidence against him in this matter, why? As he pads the Supreme court with his nominees, the rest of them run for cover and hide. With the exception of Justice Alito. Yet even he doesn't speak out, why? The first Un-Constitutional President in this Countries 230+ year history is bankrupting, socializing, imposing social justice, regulating, and legislating from the executive branch and is completely subverting the Constitution, and no-one has anything to say? Why? Is there any real justification for this? I know he said he was going to "fundamentally transform America", but is this the kind of change you want? As far as I am concerned, it is TREASON. As Americans all over the world celebrated our Independence from England back in 1776, the White house with all of it's Fascist, Mao loving, Keynesian "dick"tocrats, lie back and plan the demise of the Constitution, morality, God, and slowly place us on the road to a Dictatorship run by Barry and his spouse. This year, in complete disgust, I flew my flag at half staff, and played taps at the bottom of every hour until midnight. But I digress.....Have you ever read the book or seen the play "the man who came to dinner"? Well, I believe that dinner is being held in the White house as we speak. This man has no intention of leaving until his task is complete, or he is thrown out on his keister in shame. Elections or not. I believe he plans to stay in office until there is a coup that he can't squash. There is another option, but it is a bad one, and will not fix the problem which is now deeply rooted in our entire Government, and you can't get them all, at least not all at once. We need to start picking them off one at a time. Prosecuting them to the fullest extremes of the law and then, and only then, will it stop. Leaving no stone unturned in Mac Aurthyesque fashion we go after them. We go after them hard and we go after them fast. Treason is still punishable by death ( although they will probably seek to change that law once they fear the inevitability of prosecution breathing down their necks). I believe that once the prosecutions start, they will snowball, and all the injustices will be righted swiftly, and legally. So quickly in fact that a new National Cemetery will need to be constructed. One right in the reflecting pool in the heart of Washington, leaving the water and dyeing it red would be a nice touch. Mass Graves, no dignity for those interred there, with a mass marker. All names in bold red-face print and a listing of all crimes committed against the people for all to see for generations.
We need to start NOW!! Somehow we need to get the Supreme court back on the side of WE THE PEOPLE and away from the Neo-fascists, and Socialists. I want to be able to hang my flag high. The world must see that we are serious about our laws, and then our respect among nation states will once again return. We will have our dignity back, as well as our soul. Alas, Old Glory, I knew her well.
I am going to start by using a quote: "This Nation will remain the land of the free only so long as it is the home of the brave." Elmer Davis.
I am sitting in my living room, looking at the TV. (with nothing on ) and kind of feeling sorry for myself this 4th of July weekend. Not just myself actually, but for everyone that I know, more importantly my 12 year old son. I find myself pouting like a spoiled child. Sitting in my chair, thinking of why I have yet to carry the flag to the pole for it's all important flight over my house on this momentous birthday weekend. Old Glory sits in front of me, almost staring at me, begging the question....Why? Isn't this weekend to be a celebration of the Countries birth? Of independence from oppression? Freedom from taxation without representation? Property ownership? Freedom of speech, and the press? The right to liberty, Prosperity, and the freedom to worship as I see fit? Equal justice under the law? The right to work hard and play hard to ensure the financial well being of me and mine? The ability to reap the rewards for what I sew? As the realization that all of this is just fantasy in this day and age hits me, I no longer want to have the BBQ. The Beer that I have purchased for the celebration will undoubtedly get one of my friends arrested, his or her liberty further encroached upon because of my ignorance of supplying it. The fire works, also illegal, will no doubt be met with exorbitant fines and maybe some community service to a bankrupt county who needs still to provide services it can no longer afford on the tax dole because of greed and entitlements. I hope that I got everything that I need from the store before it gets dark, as a trip to the store will inevitably wind up at the very least in an illegal traffic stop, and a violation of my fourth amendment rights which have obviously been suspended on a day we are supposed to be celebrating the same. Every cop from miles around will be perched somewhere to ensure that someones life will be ruined on a day that is supposed to be one of National Pride, instead has become a day of National shame. In some parts of this Nation they are not even allowed to fly the flag without fear of retribution by some fascist homeowners association. Just like the one that denied home ownership to a disabled American Vet in Ga. Those are the type of people that NEED to be hung from MY flag pole on this 4th of July. But, people no longer scream for their freedom. They scream for their entitlements. They no longer care or fight for their Liberty, they fight for their food stamps. They don't feel the need to scream about their Country's bankruptcy and run away spending, as long as they get their medicaid, Social in-security, and medicare. They Don't care that they are subjected to illegal search and seizure in their homes, at the airport or just because they drive a car as long as the check is in the mail on the 15th. When Benjamin Franklin was asked in 1789 what kind of Government we had he said " a Republic, if you can keep it." Well it is clear that we can't. How do I explain that to my kid? I can't. You do it. All you spineless cowards who do nothing but sit back and take it. You tell him. 'cause I just don't have the heart. So, I hope you enjoy the holiday. I hope your check is in the mail, and I hope you don't get arrested today ( though I know you will at some point). The Police state is here to stay, and you have yourselves to thank. Congratulations on ushering in the "new world order." You wont know what you did until it is too late. My Grandfather always said, "if you are not part of the solution, then you are part of the problem." For those of you that are part of the problem,........I have two words for you......and they are not happy birthday, you selfish sons of bitches.

A call for JUSTICE.
At the end of this rant, you will find that I have taken the liberty to post the Wikipedia definition of the word "Treason". You will see why in a minute.....Just hear me out.
The EPA., is just one of many Federal agencies that has all of a sudden taken it upon themselves or through Presidential directive the legislation process. They cannot actually write the laws, but they can regulate, and fine both business, and individuals into submission. What's the difference?
The President has also decided that he alone is the one who can take this country to war, and has done so in at least 3 separate occasions without Congressional approval. In Libya, who made NATO the boss? In Pakistan, when did Congress authorize drone strikes, or special forces incursions? Never. Since when does the CIA have the authority to wage its own war? Never. What about military action in Yemen? Who authorized that? When was anyone gonna tell us about it? The press knew. They dragged their feet about informing the public, probably also under a Presidential order.
The Justice department. Now here is a perfect example of Constitutional adherence. They enforce the laws they want to enforce, and ignore the ones they don't. They prosecute people and organizations they don't like, and who don't ascribe to the Presidents dictatorial assertions, while leaving loyal followers and like minded individuals alone, often time even rewarding law breaking and bad behavior. So much for Equal justice under the law. More like Social justice, under one rule.
Taking the time to go through every agency, and every individual would encompass a whole book, so for the sake of expediency I will stop here. I think you get the point.
I believe that there are impeachments in order here. From Supreme court Justices, right down the Federal court system, to local levels. I think starting at the bottom, and working our way up would be easier, but allot less gratifying. The President, and all guilty members of Congress should be impeached, and tried for treason, with the appropriate sentences being carried out in a public forum, and televised worldwide. This would be the only way to show the world that the American people are taking their Country back from Oligarchy, and re-instating the Republic of Constitutional law. Merely voting these people out of office would both take too long and would also not prevent it from happening again. When people are afraid of Government, that is Tyranny. When the Government fears the people, that is LIBERTY. We as a Nation have got to do something harsh, and we have to act swiftly. We are watching our Republic disappear without even a whimper!! It's time to get off our asses, and force Equal Justice on our elected officials that seek to ram their own form of Government and Social justice down our throats. Don't let them take away our children any more. Don't let them take our money anymore. Don't let them take our Country any more!!!! It's Time to take our Republic back, and PROSECUTE to the fullest EXTREMES of the LAW, the thieves that are stealing it away right under our noses. What we want is irrelevant, they know what's best for us, the Country and our children so they will make theses choices for us. The odds that these idiots will prosecute themselves are not good. We must find a way to relieve them of that burden. And quickly.
Almost all of the executive orders and directives issued by the President as of late are at the very least unconstitutional. The EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) has, violated court orders to allow domestic oil drilling and has re-issued a ban citing executive orders. There has been an outright refusal to issued the permits required as well. Yet even after a court order that refutes this agency, and the President, Congress, who has the sole Constitutional authority to legislate, does, and says nothing. In fact it just hides from even the mention of the policy.The President, members of the Senate, as well as Members of the House of Representatives take an Oath (or Affirmation if you prefer) to "protect and defend the Constitution." It is my contention that almost all of them have violated, smashed, trounced upon, and at the very least completely disregarded this promise to the American People. The American People are the "Sovereign". We alone ARE the country, and as such, WE THE PEOPLE must CONSENT to be Governed by our elected officials who give their Oath ( or Affirmation) to follow the laws set forth in the Constitution they swore to UPHOLD as well as DEFEND from ENEMIES BOTH FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC.
