I hope to use this little space as a sounding board to voice my political "opinion", about the gradual but steady dissolving of the constitution of the United States of America. I would also like to bring governance back to "WE THE PEOPLE" and away from greedy politicians who care only about lining their own pockets and ignoring the voice of "WE THE PEOPLE" that they have been elected to represent.

Divided we fall? Not this time.
The opening video from Keith Olbermann that I find disgusting and reprehensible (Just sayin') is typical of the Hitlary Clinton Communist.
The next Video is from Judge Jeanine Pirro's opening statement which exemplifies the divide in this Country.
The Holiday season is upon us and in the wake of the Elections there is still pandemonium in Communist/Progressive bastions throughout the Country. The discontented, disillusioned, expensively ill-educated give me-get me entitlement minded "millennials" with their worthless college degrees and the rest of the brainwashed socialist masses refusing to accept the election results continue to spew the racism and hatred filled rhetoric they claim comes from the rest of America. Screaming like children for "Social Justice" as they continue to bash our Founding Principles of Judeo-Christian philosophy, or Founding Fathers, or Founding Documents and the rule of law as well as attempting a "soft coup" on our Republican (not a Democracy) form of Government and our lawfully elected new President, we see the other side of this very divided nation being lulled into this false sense of hope and a new-found feeling of security. The feeling that all will be well again because Donald J. Trump won the election is unfounded and silly (to put it mildly). We Have had terrible Government (for the most part) since President Woodrow Wilson, the 28th President of the United States who served from 1913 to 1921 and who in only 8 months into his first term led the way in this 103 year decline into the cesspool which is called the Government of the United States. By lobbying for and promoting vigorously (in public and private)for the Federal Reserve act. It was passed into law on December 23rd 1913 at night and without the number of votes required in both houses since most were away for Christmas, but it was still passed and because of the Holliday, almost no one knew it was even voted on much less passed until after the new year (typical). Wilson signed it into law without hesitation. Wilson himself said before his death in 1924 "I am a most unhappy man -- unwittingly I have ruined my country." that kinda says it all doesn't it? He came to know and understand that what he did with the Federal reserve act would eventually destroy the very fabric of the Republic. So, what I am getting at is this; President-Elect Trump is not going to be able to fix this overnight. He more than likely will have to make things much worse to fix what is broken before he can bring us back to any semblance of a Constitutional Republic. I personally don't think he can un-do the 103 years of damage done by numerous presidents and the federal reserve bank even in two terms. What I do know is that he will damn sure try, and he will do what he thinks is best for the Country, not for the Oligarchy now in control. The Economy is terrible even though the Obama administration is telling us otherwise. The economic data is all being manipulated and so is the stock market. The REAL numbers are out there and can be found and reviewed by anyone who cares to find the truth. My fellow Christians and Conservatives please don't be lulled back to sleep. There is great turmoil coming. Mr. Trump will get blamed for the economy collapsing and other troubles around the world as well as unrest at home. This has already been started. The Obama Administration, Hitlary Clinton and other factions in our fictitious government have already started this ball in motion. Don't be fooled by this deception and stay the course. Be ever vigilant and expect the worst as things slowly get reversed and fixed. Change of the magnitude required does not come easy nor without pain, but the Country as a whole and the sovereign people of it will be much better for enduring it and seeing it through.........God willing. As for you Communist/Progressive and Saul Alinsky types, I leave you with a quote from Sam Adams:

This is a copy and paste of an open letter to the Attorney General of the United States of America, Loretta Lynch. I wish I had written this.
Open letter to AG Loretta Lynch: Respectfully, take your ‘greatest fear’ and shove it
The following is an open letter to U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch:
Ms. Lynch I write this letter knowing it is far too late for your boss but praying that by some miracle you can still be reached.
On Wednesday, 14 Americans died at the hands of radical Muslims who pledged allegiance to theIslamic State rather than to the United States of America.
A day after that attack in San Bernardino, California you said your “greatest fear” was anti-Muslim speech that led to violence or “violent talk.”
“I think it’s important that as we again talk about the importance of free speech we make it clear that actions predicated on violent talk are not America,” you said in front of a room full of Muslims. “They are not who we are, they are not what we do, and they will be prosecuted.”
Go ahead and prosecute. Perhaps then a court can teach what freedom of speech means and how you and your boss cannot override it at your whim.
And please don’t do what the president does so often and tell us who we are and who we aren’t.
We are a people who won’t allow you take away the First and Second Amendments.
I know that President Obama doesn’t particularly care about the Constitution, but allow me to explain those amendments to you.
Not only does the First Amendment allow Muslims to practice their religion freely but it also gives every American the right to openly speak out against that religion, or anything else they choose.
The Founders put the Second Amendment in place because their “greatest fear” was an administration like yours who would take the First Amendment , and other freedoms, away from us.
And our “greatest fear,” unlike your fear of anti-Muslim speech, is a clear and present danger to our way of life.
We fear an administration that either doesn’t understand the Constitution or believes it doesn’t apply to them.
We fear Sharia law coming to the United States.
You know, things like not being allowed to insult Islam or Muslims. The things you threatened to prosecute and persecute Americans for.
Mainly, however, what we fear is a government so inept, so incompetent and useless that they cannot adequately protect us in a time of war.
A government that continues to allow entry to people from the same region as those who have vowed to annihilate us.
And while I’m against you prosecuting people based on speech – a clear violation of the Constitution – if you insist on doing so please allow me to help you.
If it is hate speech and violent talk you are looking for Ms. Lynch, a veritable treasure trove of such incendiary speech can be found at many mosques across America.

More Gun Control. Really?
I just want to sound off a little bit. I’ll start by saying very simply that this is
still the United States of America. That
“WE THE PEOPLE” are still the first and last branch of the “Government.” That the government must “govern by the consent
of the governed”, that being “WE THE PEOPLE.” If the people do not consent to what the government
is doing, the government is not PERMITTED to continue down that particular
path. That the Constitution is NOT a
living document it is the final Document and the “Supreme law of the land.” It is a contract, legal and binding and goes
along with “citizenship” and it is meant exactly as such. In simpler terms, it is akin to a set of
directions that you would get with any product you buy. Right out of the box there is a set of
instructions on both how to use what you have just purchased as well as how to
assemble the final product for its intended use. There-in will almost always come a legal
disclaimer saying something to the effect that any unintended use of this
product will void the warranty or subject the user to legal action and/or void
of the warranty and sometimes both. The
same thing goes with the Constitution. If you violate the Constitution or the bill of
rights there is a penalty and/or a fine that will be (but in this day and age
never is) imposed. There is a “right” way and a wrong (“left” or progressive)
way to use (not interpret) the Constitution.
The right way is to treat it as it was meant to be treated, as the
“Supreme law of the land.” The wrong way
is to treat it as a living document that is subject to change on a whim, or
willy-nilly, or that it can be changed whenever someone with enough political
clout (Executive orders issued by the President) or money (large corporations
who write the laws and lobby Congress to pass them) sees fit so long as it fits
their agenda or their lifestyle. This
“document” was never intended to be subject to interpretation or to the will of
the minority, it is what it is. It was
however intended for a religious people, a moral people. If you want to change the configuration of
the document there is even a set of instructions for how you MUST do that. It cannot simply be done without forethought
but only with the will of the majority.
It cannot be done out of political correctness or for one’s own personal
belief or lifestyle. There is a specific
and prescribed procedure for any change to it.
In fact it is the law of the land.
This must be followed under the penalty of doing otherwise. So it is written, so must it be done. To do
otherwise is unlawful and potentially treasonous.
The Constitution
sets forth exactly how the government is to be set up as well as what it can’t
do (the “can’t is intended) for the people.
It was very carefully crafted by some very intelligent and knowledgeable
people. Then there were the people back then, in the beginning that were on the
fence and wouldn’t sign onto it without the bill of rights, or the promise
there-of. So, in 1789 it was finished
complete with the “bill of rights.” So
let’s dive into a couple of these enumerated rights shall we? I want to start by pointing out the ninth (9th)
amendment. This one is very often
overlooked but very important. This one
says: “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be
construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.” Basically, what is being said here is that
just because we wrote these (ten at that time) down doesn’t mean there aren’t any
more. They are just too numerous to
mention one-by-one. Have you figured out
where I am going with this yet? Probably
not but let’s continue.
Let’s take the
obvious two amendments, the 1st and the 2nd. We’ll save the others for another day as this
could wind up being a book.
The 1st
amendment says; “Congress shall make no law respecting an ESTABLISHMENT of
religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of
speech, or of the press; or the right of the people to peaceably assemble, and
to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”
This is where I get to ask some specific questions that
pertain to our political or intellectual climate of today. Like; 1) “where in there does it say that
there is a separation of church and state”?
The frank, upfront
and HONEST answer is that it doesn’t say that anywhere in there. Nor does it say that anywhere in the
Constitution prior to the bill of rights.
The quoted statement above is nothing more than propaganda pushed by the
progressive (and dare I say, communist) agenda.
That argument is completely fallacious and in the words of Hitler “If
you make a lie big enough and continue repeating it long enough, the people
will come to believe it.” Every time you
here that little piece of malarkey, just remember it is right out of the
communist playbook.
2) Where in there
does it mention “free speech zones”?
The answer is it doesn’t.
Why? The answer is; because the
entire country and all of its publicly held land is a free speech zone. It doesn’t say that a permit is
required. Or that you can’t have
opposing free speech in the same space.
Nor does it say that you have the right not to be OFFENDED by said
speech.
3) Where in there
does it say that you have no right to free speech in a public venue, or a
political arena? The answer is
NOWHERE. Do you see any exclusion in
there as to what you can say, when you can say it, or who can or cannot be
there when you choose to speak? The
answer again is nope.
4) What about the
press? Does it say where they can or
cannot go? No. So why are they impeded? Hmm.
Maybe there are some things they don’t want the people to know. Could that be it?
5) How do you “petition
the government for a redress of grievances”?
The answer is; in this day and age you don’t. You can’t go to the Whitehouse. You can’t protest on the mall without fear of
arrest without a permit (there we go again).
And you darn sure don’t want to open your face around, near or within
earshot of anyone in political office without risking deportation or
imprisonment, so I guess that’s out altogether isn’t it?
The 2nd
amendment which says; “A well regulated militia, being necessary to the
security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall
not be infringed.”
As I see it, this is
very straight forward. There are no
ands’, no ifs and no but’s. The word
“SHALL” is even used to signify finality.
Yet our benevolent government has seen fit to slowly and methodically
chip away at this amendment since shortly after the assassination of President
Garfield on July 2nd 1881 when the very first gun laws were put on the
books. The first violation of this
amendment came unopposed. Though I don’t
see it mentioned here, this is a pretty good time line of additional

With all that being
said let me conclude by saying that we are slowly but surely heading down that
very same road that we fought so hard to overcome in the 1700’s. Tyranny, it is right here before your eyes,
all you need to do to see it is open them and be willing to accept what you see
for what it is. It comes in many colors
and with many faces, but it is here none-the-less. I have only covered the first two amendments
here but there are many, many more I will cover in subsequent articles. The original fight started with brave men
having had enough. Drawing their line in
the sand at a small bridge in Yorktown, Pa. now known as the shot heard ‘round
the world. Where, or better even still,
when is your Yorktown moment. Or don’t
you have one?
