I hope to use this little space as a sounding board to voice my political "opinion", about the gradual but steady dissolving of the constitution of the United States of America. I would also like to bring governance back to "WE THE PEOPLE" and away from greedy politicians who care only about lining their own pockets and ignoring the voice of "WE THE PEOPLE" that they have been elected to represent.

Get them before they get to the children
The 2012 Presidential race is heating up, and as the elections get closer, I become more frightened. The mere thought that Barry Soetorro ( aka: Barak Hussein Obama) still has the chance of re-election is like a scene right out of a horror movie. He has done nothing productive while in office unless you consider fulfilling his campaign promise to “fundamentally transform” America and the world, a positive and productive step. It took this country 232 years to accumulate a $10 Trillion debt, and it only took him 3 years to add $5 Trillion to it. That’s a 50% increase in only three years!!! Now that’s an accomplishment yeah? I believe it to be treasonous, but I have already stated that case in a previous article.
I can’t however blame it all on him (even though I would love nothing more), he has had a great deal of help destroying this Great Nation. Both houses of Congress from both sides of the isle are complicit in his plan and agree with the ultimate goal, the complete and total destruction of the American way of life, and the Constitution that founded it. Though again, I can’t include all of them in this equation either (just the majority). From the Supreme Court all the way down to the State courts his dream of a Socialist States of America is being carefully and meticulously brought out of theory, and into reality. Slowly but surely over the course of years the plan is taking shape, the framework put in place and the nails of construction are being hammered home. The move forward is taking place slowly so as not to draw attention to it. I got a news flash for ya, IT”S WORKING!!! No one seems to care. Sure Glenn Beck is all over it, but that is his “calling”, (Thank God we have him at least) but there are no other media outlets even talking about it. Sure, Fox news touches on it from time to time with Judge Napolitano, John Stossel, and Bill O’Riely (although I don’t think Bill is convinced quite yet), but aside from that, nothing but a little blurb here and there, and you can forget about CNN, or MSLSD. You’ll not hear boo from them unless they are bashing a Republican, especially one that might be black, or challenging the “Anointed one,” for the Presidency or both.
As FEMA camps go up all over the Country ( 650 of them) and the police departments become more and more militarized both in thought and appearance. Just ask the people of Louisiana, they were subjected to illegal house to house searches, and disarmed by force by an unconstitutional Army on U.S. soil (82nd Airborne) completely violating the Constitution under the guise of helping after a storm. Yet the Country remains quiet with the exception of those who are called extremists by the media just for telling the truth, and I become more and more frightened for my family, our Constitution and myself with every passing day. When the Occupy movement commits more crimes everyday than the citizens in most major cities have, and the State and local Governments do next to nothing about it, you know the pace of Socialization is rapidly increasing, and with the battle being fought on so many different fronts at the same time, it is intentionally confusing, and hard to keep track of. Before long we will start to hear from the people in our Government. They will admit publicly to being Socialists. People like Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX), Barbara Boxer (D-CA), Maxine Waters (D-CA) and a handful of other names that escape me as I write this. But you can find all their names on the membership list of the American Socialist party web site. These are the people, our elected officials, who will soon come out in droves as the day of complete Constitutional subversion nears. The people who think like Rosanne Barr, who said that re-education camps (FEMA has built them) would be needed, and when they don’t work, the guillotine would be in order. The thought process of these people is not only perplexing but downright frightening. I don’t understand how these people can become wealthy under a Capitalist system, living freely in a Democratic Republic, to advocating Communist tenets and espousing Socialism and no one bats even an eyelash in the lamestream media. It’s atrocious (So much for our last line of defense from tyranny). Rosanne Barr is not called an “extremist”, but people like me are. God forbid you have ever spent time in the Military. Then not only are you labeled an extremist, you are put on a terrorist watch list by Comrade Napolitano and the new SS (Department of Fatherland Security).
As I write this some a**hole in Congress is working with some large Global corporation to write new laws to benefit said large corporation like, HR 875, (S 510), this bill sponsored (written) by a large agricultural company (Monsanto) will get the Federal Government involved in your backyard garden and prevent you from even giving your excess crops away to food banks or to even help your neighbor. There are fines and even jail time associated with this legislation. The language is scary at best.
All I have left to say at this point is; be sure to stock up on seeds, food, water, cash and plenty of ammunition, and whatever you do, keep the powder dry. I know if you don’t use it, your neighbor will need this stuff when you get carted off to a FEMA camp in denial.

Social Apathy
As I tour around the social media sites, I find that the people that are there are talking about how cute their children are, example: look at this picture!! he/she/it is so cute!! Or, Graduations ( Congratulations ). They are talking about Moms, and Dads. They are talking about the weather in their region. They even have the balls to mention "how they are feeling" on any given day, I just don't get it!! The Country is being systematically dismantled right in front of them by a President they elected without even knowing, and they apparently don't care. Why aren't they talking about that? APATHY, (no, not in this country right? Wrong!!)
In 1775 the people (without the Internet ) were talking about King George (in England!!). There were TEA parties. Arguments about taxation without representation, religious freedom, and calls for LIBERTY. Today we have apathy. No calls for smaller Government. No calls for freedom. No calls for the Sovereignty of the people, no calls for the adherence to the Constitution, no calls for the end of the present dictatorship (the Manchurian President) Just Apathy. The police are encouraged (if not ordered ) to walk all over the people, intimidate them, make them afraid of you. ( "To protect and to serve" has gone out the window.) All you have to do is exercise your "privilege" to drive, and you open yourself up to illegal search and seizure (protected under the 4th amendment), as well as the ambiguous declaration of "just cause." But The People say nothing. They allow the search. They allow the seizure. The answer to the all too familiar question, "Do you know why I pulled you over?" Should be, BECAUSE YOU FELT LIKE IT!!!! Ended with the expletive DOUCHE BAG. Although, that dialogue would inevitably wind up with a call for back-up, and your prompt arrest, it is definitely an appropriate statement. The police state is here, like it, or not ( I hope not ). And we accept it rather than fight it. APATHY. When you get a ticket in the mail from an Unconstitutional camera posted at some traffic light or busy corner, instead of fighting it, you pay it. It's no wonder that the state and local governments keep taking your money. You give it willingly, and they need it to avert bankruptcy. I bet you didn't even know that paying those fines were OPTIONAL (not required). But you pay them any way........don't you? APATHY.
STOP IT!!!!! They only do it so that they can spend more of your money that they don't already have. Don't let them. It is your job to hold them accountable. They work for you. You don't work for them !!! After all, don't you need that money for you and your family? If you continue to let them take more of your money without a fight, why would you think they would stop? With ever growing government expenses, the answer is that THEY WONT!!. They will take whatever you give them, weather it is ($) dollars, or community service ( free labor ) just because they can, and because you allow it. WAKE THE FUCK UP !!!!! It is way beyond time to fight back. But it is definitely a good time to start. Most of you are perfectly happy being "sheeple", but I am not. I intend to fight. I would just appreciate a little help.
If you continue to allow the police to push you around..... they will. If you continue to allow the federal Government to run a muck.........they will. Who's country is it any way? Theirs? I think not. You may believe the TEA party is too harsh in their expectations, but they have 100 years of progressive BS to correct. You may not agree with all that they have to say, but if you do your research, you will find that what they are saying is not misguided, or racist, but correct. Sometimes it takes extremes from one direction to correct extremes from the other. I believe that they are not being extreme enough in their goals. You may differ, but you can't just chalk them off as racist or terrorists as the liberal/ progressives do. Any articulate, educated, American would at least give them the ability to make their views heard ( 2nd amendment) before making an educated decision on the facts being presented from both sides of the argument. Remembering there are two sides to every story will help you in your search for the truth. As we all know...."the truth shall set you free." And, isn't that what we all want any way? "The truth, the whole truth, and noting but the truth." I sit here longing for it. How about you ( Mr. President )?

Beyond a reasonable doubt.
Since (now) President Barack HUSEIN Obama was in the Senate, and had placed his eyes on the white house, there have been several attempts in the halls of Congress to change Article 2. section 5. of the Constitution. This is the provision that provides for Presidential eligibility. It clearly states that a person running for the office of President must be a "Natural born" citizen. Natural born meaning that both his parents would have to be borne in this country and be legitimate citizens of the country. Clearly this is not the case with Barry, yet he continues to hold office, why?, The courts have refused to even hear the American peoples case against him, why? They refuse to even look at the questions,, and laws surrounding his eligibility to this date, why? As he runs for re-election, more and more money is spent by him to cover up any, and all documentation that might be used as evidence against him in this matter, why? As he pads the Supreme court with his nominees, the rest of them run for cover and hide. With the exception of Justice Alito. Yet even he doesn't speak out, why? The first Un-Constitutional President in this Countries 230+ year history is bankrupting, socializing, imposing social justice, regulating, and legislating from the executive branch and is completely subverting the Constitution, and no-one has anything to say? Why? Is there any real justification for this? I know he said he was going to "fundamentally transform America", but is this the kind of change you want? As far as I am concerned, it is TREASON. As Americans all over the world celebrated our Independence from England back in 1776, the White house with all of it's Fascist, Mao loving, Keynesian "dick"tocrats, lie back and plan the demise of the Constitution, morality, God, and slowly place us on the road to a Dictatorship run by Barry and his spouse. This year, in complete disgust, I flew my flag at half staff, and played taps at the bottom of every hour until midnight. But I digress.....Have you ever read the book or seen the play "the man who came to dinner"? Well, I believe that dinner is being held in the White house as we speak. This man has no intention of leaving until his task is complete, or he is thrown out on his keister in shame. Elections or not. I believe he plans to stay in office until there is a coup that he can't squash. There is another option, but it is a bad one, and will not fix the problem which is now deeply rooted in our entire Government, and you can't get them all, at least not all at once. We need to start picking them off one at a time. Prosecuting them to the fullest extremes of the law and then, and only then, will it stop. Leaving no stone unturned in Mac Aurthyesque fashion we go after them. We go after them hard and we go after them fast. Treason is still punishable by death ( although they will probably seek to change that law once they fear the inevitability of prosecution breathing down their necks). I believe that once the prosecutions start, they will snowball, and all the injustices will be righted swiftly, and legally. So quickly in fact that a new National Cemetery will need to be constructed. One right in the reflecting pool in the heart of Washington, leaving the water and dyeing it red would be a nice touch. Mass Graves, no dignity for those interred there, with a mass marker. All names in bold red-face print and a listing of all crimes committed against the people for all to see for generations.

Alas, Old Glory, I knew her well.
I am going to start by using a quote: "This Nation will remain the land of the free only so long as it is the home of the brave." Elmer Davis.
I am sitting in my living room, looking at the TV. (with nothing on ) and kind of feeling sorry for myself this 4th of July weekend. Not just myself actually, but for everyone that I know, more importantly my 12 year old son. I find myself pouting like a spoiled child. Sitting in my chair, thinking of why I have yet to carry the flag to the pole for it's all important flight over my house on this momentous birthday weekend. Old Glory sits in front of me, almost staring at me, begging the question....Why? Isn't this weekend to be a celebration of the Countries birth? Of independence from oppression? Freedom from taxation without representation? Property ownership? Freedom of speech, and the press? The right to liberty, Prosperity, and the freedom to worship as I see fit? Equal justice under the law? The right to work hard and play hard to ensure the financial well being of me and mine? The ability to reap the rewards for what I sew? As the realization that all of this is just fantasy in this day and age hits me, I no longer want to have the BBQ. The Beer that I have purchased for the celebration will undoubtedly get one of my friends arrested, his or her liberty further encroached upon because of my ignorance of supplying it. The fire works, also illegal, will no doubt be met with exorbitant fines and maybe some community service to a bankrupt county who needs still to provide services it can no longer afford on the tax dole because of greed and entitlements. I hope that I got everything that I need from the store before it gets dark, as a trip to the store will inevitably wind up at the very least in an illegal traffic stop, and a violation of my fourth amendment rights which have obviously been suspended on a day we are supposed to be celebrating the same. Every cop from miles around will be perched somewhere to ensure that someones life will be ruined on a day that is supposed to be one of National Pride, instead has become a day of National shame. In some parts of this Nation they are not even allowed to fly the flag without fear of retribution by some fascist homeowners association. Just like the one that denied home ownership to a disabled American Vet in Ga. Those are the type of people that NEED to be hung from MY flag pole on this 4th of July. But, people no longer scream for their freedom. They scream for their entitlements. They no longer care or fight for their Liberty, they fight for their food stamps. They don't feel the need to scream about their Country's bankruptcy and run away spending, as long as they get their medicaid, Social in-security, and medicare. They Don't care that they are subjected to illegal search and seizure in their homes, at the airport or just because they drive a car as long as the check is in the mail on the 15th. When Benjamin Franklin was asked in 1789 what kind of Government we had he said " a Republic, if you can keep it." Well it is clear that we can't. How do I explain that to my kid? I can't. You do it. All you spineless cowards who do nothing but sit back and take it. You tell him. 'cause I just don't have the heart. So, I hope you enjoy the holiday. I hope your check is in the mail, and I hope you don't get arrested today ( though I know you will at some point). The Police state is here to stay, and you have yourselves to thank. Congratulations on ushering in the "new world order." You wont know what you did until it is too late. My Grandfather always said, "if you are not part of the solution, then you are part of the problem." For those of you that are part of the problem,........I have two words for you......and they are not happy birthday, you selfish sons of bitches.

A call for JUSTICE.
At the end of this rant, you will find that I have taken the liberty to post the Wikipedia definition of the word "Treason". You will see why in a minute.....Just hear me out.
The EPA., is just one of many Federal agencies that has all of a sudden taken it upon themselves or through Presidential directive the legislation process. They cannot actually write the laws, but they can regulate, and fine both business, and individuals into submission. What's the difference?
The President has also decided that he alone is the one who can take this country to war, and has done so in at least 3 separate occasions without Congressional approval. In Libya, who made NATO the boss? In Pakistan, when did Congress authorize drone strikes, or special forces incursions? Never. Since when does the CIA have the authority to wage its own war? Never. What about military action in Yemen? Who authorized that? When was anyone gonna tell us about it? The press knew. They dragged their feet about informing the public, probably also under a Presidential order.
The Justice department. Now here is a perfect example of Constitutional adherence. They enforce the laws they want to enforce, and ignore the ones they don't. They prosecute people and organizations they don't like, and who don't ascribe to the Presidents dictatorial assertions, while leaving loyal followers and like minded individuals alone, often time even rewarding law breaking and bad behavior. So much for Equal justice under the law. More like Social justice, under one rule.
Taking the time to go through every agency, and every individual would encompass a whole book, so for the sake of expediency I will stop here. I think you get the point.
I believe that there are impeachments in order here. From Supreme court Justices, right down the Federal court system, to local levels. I think starting at the bottom, and working our way up would be easier, but allot less gratifying. The President, and all guilty members of Congress should be impeached, and tried for treason, with the appropriate sentences being carried out in a public forum, and televised worldwide. This would be the only way to show the world that the American people are taking their Country back from Oligarchy, and re-instating the Republic of Constitutional law. Merely voting these people out of office would both take too long and would also not prevent it from happening again. When people are afraid of Government, that is Tyranny. When the Government fears the people, that is LIBERTY. We as a Nation have got to do something harsh, and we have to act swiftly. We are watching our Republic disappear without even a whimper!! It's time to get off our asses, and force Equal Justice on our elected officials that seek to ram their own form of Government and Social justice down our throats. Don't let them take away our children any more. Don't let them take our money anymore. Don't let them take our Country any more!!!! It's Time to take our Republic back, and PROSECUTE to the fullest EXTREMES of the LAW, the thieves that are stealing it away right under our noses. What we want is irrelevant, they know what's best for us, the Country and our children so they will make theses choices for us. The odds that these idiots will prosecute themselves are not good. We must find a way to relieve them of that burden. And quickly.
Almost all of the executive orders and directives issued by the President as of late are at the very least unconstitutional. The EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) has, violated court orders to allow domestic oil drilling and has re-issued a ban citing executive orders. There has been an outright refusal to issued the permits required as well. Yet even after a court order that refutes this agency, and the President, Congress, who has the sole Constitutional authority to legislate, does, and says nothing. In fact it just hides from even the mention of the policy.The President, members of the Senate, as well as Members of the House of Representatives take an Oath (or Affirmation if you prefer) to "protect and defend the Constitution." It is my contention that almost all of them have violated, smashed, trounced upon, and at the very least completely disregarded this promise to the American People. The American People are the "Sovereign". We alone ARE the country, and as such, WE THE PEOPLE must CONSENT to be Governed by our elected officials who give their Oath ( or Affirmation) to follow the laws set forth in the Constitution they swore to UPHOLD as well as DEFEND from ENEMIES BOTH FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC. If you just take the face value of the definition provided below, there are "Traitors" in both houses of Congress, in the legislative branches, and most egregiously, in the Executive branch itself.

What about military action in Yemen? Who authorized that? When was anyone gonna tell us about it? The press knew. They dragged their feet about informing the public, probably also under a Presidential order.
The Justice department. Now here is a perfect example of Constitutional adherence. They enforce the laws they want to enforce, and ignore the ones they don't. They prosecute people and organizations they don't like, and who don't ascribe to the Presidents dictatorial assertions, while leaving loyal followers and like minded individuals alone, often time even rewarding law breaking and bad behavior. So much for Equal justice under the law. More like Social justice, under one rule.
Taking the time to go through every agency, and every individual would encompass a whole book, so for the sake of expediency I will stop here. I think you get the point.
I believe that there are impeachments in order here. From Supreme court Justices, right down the Federal court system, to local levels. I think starting at the bottom, and working our way up would be easier, but allot less gratifying. The President, and all guilty members of Congress should be impeached, and tried for treason, with the appropriate sentences being carried out in a public forum, and televised worldwide. This would be the only way to show the world that the American people are taking their Country back from Oligarchy, and re-instating the Republic of Constitutional law. Merely voting these people out of office would both take too long and would also not prevent it from happening again. When people are afraid of Government, that is Tyranny. When the Government fears the people, that is LIBERTY. We as a Nation have got to do something harsh, and we have to act swiftly. We are watching our Republic disappear without even a whimper!! It's time to get off our asses, and force Equal Justice on our elected officials that seek to ram their own form of Government and Social justice down our throats. Don't let them take away our children any more. Don't let them take our money anymore. Don't let them take our Country any more!!!! It's Time to take our Republic back, and PROSECUTE to the fullest EXTREMES of the LAW, the thieves that are stealing it away right under our noses. What we want is irrelevant, they know what's best for us, the Country and our children so they will make theses choices for us. The odds that these idiots will prosecute themselves are not good. We must find a way to relieve them of that burden. And quickly.

PLEASE FASTEN YOUR SEAT BELTS
Normally I wouldn't even say that because I believe the that the seat belt laws in this country are UNCONSTITUTIONAL (to say the least)!!! But for the purposes of this little rant I will just leave it at that.
I read several articles this week that have spewed forth the statistic that 40% of all "Americans" are now either on food stamps, medicaid, or are otherwise dependents of the "Federal Government." BRILLIANT!!! That's just what our soon to be Dictator wants. Let us take this one step at a time because it infuriates me.
Let us just say first of all, that the culture of dependence is growing so rapidly (it is rampant) in this country that the United States of America more closely resembles 1938 Germany than it does the "Republic" the Founding Fathers set up for us to treasure and keep. The fact that people who call themselves "Americans" can actually Accept Barrys' (Obamas') redistributive policies and feel good about doing so is just appalling to me (and I suspect the Founders as well). I understand that this so called "President" has taken our beloved country from the brink of financial collapse to the precipice and beyond, but that is no reason for "real Americans" to fall victim to the fascist trap being set. The "free money", isn't free. Hard working people from all over this land pay into this pot so that the people who actually need it might have a reprieve until they can get back on their feet. It was never intended to be a pay check for the rest of ones life. Even still, the entitlement programs of this country are like the seat belt laws.....UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!!! Social Security is one of them. I know it was designed with good intentions ( the road to hell is paved with those),so was communism. If the politicians could have kept their hand out of the pot instead of filling it with worthless treasuries and IOU's, to spend the cash on pet projects, and lobbyists, it would probably be solvent even to this day, but it isn't. My point is that if the people of this country are willing to lay down and accept what the Government hands out at the expense of hard working, overtime seeking, breaking their ass to save for the future, (who actually pay taxes) tired Americans, then we are all doomed to enslavement at he REQUEST of the taking, redistributionist, neo-fascist lazy non-tax paying dogs of the new entitlement states of america. No more property rights....no more 2nd amendment, no more 1st amendment........no more Constitution. Just a check in the mail, and a card to buy the food that they tell you you are allowed to buy. Because they alone know what's good for you.
Basically, I am sick of the whole lot. Illegal immigrants that never pay into the system and get free medical care as well as food stamps and AFDC (well-FAIR my ass), to the people who are perfectly able to take care of themselves but just choose to let us do it for them, because it is easier. To the pension taking retirees, who still take Social Security checks to augment their income. To the people who grew up taking, and were never taught how to work hard, much less to try, and now demand all that we (as a country) have to GIVE them ( because they believe they deserve it). I have two words for you........and they are not "happy birthday"!!!!! You are Un-American. What happened to personal responsibility? Respect for self and family? The willingness to do whatever is needed to be done to better yourself, your family, your community. The America I know is already lost, it left with your sense of duty, and pride. You all deserve what you get!!!! I am just mad that you have the gall to take the rest of us hard working duty bound "Sovereign" Americans with you.
To the rest of you........Hold on.......it's going to be a bumpy ride. One we as a Nation may not survive.
